Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

No. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
The final amount will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada.

We do our best to ship items together. However, depending on availability or fulfillment, your order may arrive in separate packages.
If that happens, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
For training equipment like the SnagStick and GripPro, items must show no signs of use (no scratches, dirt, or field use).
We’re sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@borderlandathletics.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and resolve the issue quickly.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions via email.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders on sold-out items.
We recommend signing up for restock notifications or checking back soon, as we actively replenish inventory.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Must show no signs of use, wear, dirt, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Training Equipment (SnagStick & GripPro)
Because these are performance training tools:
- Must be unused and not taken onto the field
- No scratches, scuffs, dirt, or ball marks
- Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return
👉 We recommend testing indoors only before use.
Apparel (Shirts, Hats, etc.)
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- No visible signs of wear, stretching, or odor
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Items returned without original packaging
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
If you need a different size (apparel), we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at contact@borderlandathletics.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
